Job Description

We presently have an opportunity for an Operations Support Coordinator in our Digital – Product & Operations Department. This position is responsible for working with the Digital team to monitor performance of PGA TOUR digital platforms.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or other project management practices used in iterative development environments is helpful but not required
  • Understanding and frequent use of digital products for platforms such as websites, mobile phones and tablets
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the PGA TOUR and the game of golf is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends and on-call shifts during non-standard hours when the need arises

Responsibilities:

  • Log website, mobile application, and other digital issues in ticketing system
  • Monitor ticketing system for incoming incidents, service, and change requests
  • Triage incoming tickets and route them appropriately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets before escalating (if required)
  • Maintain good ticket hygiene and groom ticket backlog
  • Maintain Knowledge Articles used to triage and troubleshoot incidents
  • Create, maintain, and update operational Process Documentation
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis with development teams
  • Prepare Weekly Incident Review documentation
  • Work and resolve, route, or escalate service request tickets
  • Write test cases and perform quality assurance testing
  • Participate in weekly PGA TOUR Digital Operations & Support Team meetings
  • Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned
