Description
Position Overview: The Associate Director of Program Support will support programmatic strategy and operations ensuring strong positive youth development programming and high-quality implementation of the PACE program model.

Role and Responsibilities
• Assess program flow, content quality, fidelity, approach, culture and overall health and recommend improvements where needed.
• Provide technical support on program delivery and positive youth development to ensure the program functions from a gender-responsive, trauma-informed and developmental lens (problem-solving, coaching, modeling, and facilitation of any additional needed support).
• Conduct and provide subject matter expertise, coaching and training for program service delivery.
• Effectively initiate, communicate, and collaborate with Center leadership on program service delivery and components, training, evaluation and outcomes, new projects and team cohesion.
• Demonstrate a range of crisis prevention and crisis intervention approaches and protocols, providing leadership, consultation, and training to staff and teams.
• Consult with Program and Learning and Development teams to create program development plans to enhance or improve center culture and results.
• Partner with the Learning and Development team to shape staff development strategy, facilitate trainings, and promote a culture of learning. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, in a manner that promotes: agency mission, vision, and values; agency, region, and area goals; and highest quality of care.
• May be asked to serve in interim leadership role at centers when there are vacancies or centers need additional support.
• Support with implementation of special projects, program pilots, or organization-wide program improvements.


Requirements
Required
• Master’s degree with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required
• Minimum five years’ experience in youth program development and administration, preferably working with at-risk youth
• Strong leadership qualities: strengths-based, time management, organization, ability to coordinate and motivate others, teamwork and facilitation of a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Proficiency in computer skills, database management and/or office software – must be capable of compiling data and reports

Preferred
• Management experience
• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker or meet licensing eligibility as a registered intern
