What you will be doing
The Investran Client Services Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to increase Investran customer satisfaction, loyalty and up-selling by providing outstanding support and customer service, building customer relationships, resolving complex queries and managing requests and issues to resolution.
This role requires balancing analytical thinking, excellent listening, verbal and writing skills, the ability to manage customers and provide high quality feedback from internal teams and project staff who will deliver high quality solutions.
A process and strategic orientation is also needed to succeed.
Experience using MS SQL server database tools and Crystal Reports is preferred
Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
This position may be on call 24 x 7 and is expected to provide support via cell phone and email on a rotational basis with other team members
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
Experience in an investment operations role, specifically in fund accounting is a plus
High degree of organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with strong customer service orientation.
Perform tasks at the highest level of integrity.
