Our college campus at Jacksonville, Florida is looking for a detailed oriented Director to supervise, train and develop Financial Aid staff; to ensure compliance with federal, state and accrediting agencies and coordinate activities with the admissions team.

*High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with four years college education.
*Financial Aid experience at a post secondary institution is a MUST
*Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience required.
*Minimum of 3 years experience in managing and administrating Federal Student Aid.
*Education and experience could be combined to meet an acceptable level of experience or education.
*Must demonstrate expertise in Title IV collections and student eligibility criteria.
*Excellent customer service and analytical skills required.
*Must be professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
*Computer knowledge is recommended, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Must successfully pass criminal, credit check and drug screen
