We seek a Senior Financial Aid Administrator who is customer service oriented with excellent sales skills. The chosen candidate ensures all financial aid administered is in compliance with Federal, State and accrediting guidelines. The Financial Aid Department works closely with an Admissions Team in the recruitment of students.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) test required.

Bachelor's Degreee required.

Must have expertise in Title IV collections and student eligibility criteria.

Financial Aid experience at a post-secondary institution required.

Supervisory experience preferred.

3 years experience in managing and administrating Federal Student Aid.

Education and experience can be combined to meet the minimum requirements of experience or education.

Excellent customer service and analytical skills required.

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills a must.

Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Local candidates preferred.
