Help Publix Employees Federal Credit Union be a leader in Financial Services by acting as the Customer Service Representative-who serves customers;explains financial services; opens customer accounts; completes tranactions; documents actions; maintains customer confidence; avoids legal challenges.

Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people. Positive attitude and a smile is a must.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

High School Diploma or evuivalent experience.
