Job: IT Computer Instructor

FastTrain is a successful private career training school with 7 campuses, from Jacksonville to South Florida. FastTrain is seeking certified instructors for CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft MCSE and Cisco courses.

Be part of a dynamic technical training department. The chosen candidates will follow the FastTrain ciricullum to deliver instructor-led classroom training. Instructors are responsible for classroom and laboratory instruction, keeping attendance, student retention, grading and evaluation. Instructors are also responsible to maintain their classroom to operational standards.
Responsibilities include:

Classroom Preparation

Use of instructor-led training materials and course aids.

Preparing and conducting pre and post training assessments and evaluations

Coordinates with user groups to ensure that information presented is current and accurate.

Develops and administers evaluation materials used to assess the effectiveness of training
programs.

Creates and maintains training-related project plans which identify individual tasks,
responsibilities, establish deliverable dates and track progress.

Demonstrated presentation skills and strong written and verbal communications skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of training delivery and development methodologies

MUST BE CERTIFIED IN APPROPRIATE SUBJECT MATTERS. CERTIFICATIONS MAY INCLUDE ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCDA, SECURITY+
